    Did the ARB rear differential breather mod today. I don't know if it's just me but after doing this mod it made me want to bury my truck in water.

    I like it. If I didn't get the arb kit for a deal from a member here and instead went the homemade route I would've went with red as well. Definitely well worth the peace of mind knowing you can go through water now.

    I'll say the same I did for Borgs. There's a unch of things I love on your truck as well Jim, definitely no slouch. I think I might just steal the shifter idea and put it all together 1 day. I'll just have to get the shorter shifter and redo the surrounds in a vinyl wrap that I had hydro dipped. That or a different red/black dip. I'll figure it out 1 day. I digress, your truck is badass too is where I was heading.

    Hi Alex, mine have been done for about 2 years and are holding up very well. I'd hate to imagine what they would look like if I didnt do this. Just make sure whoever does them that they do a great job removing all the rust priming it before they apply liner. If not, that rust will try to really work it's way even through the lines. I can see a couple very small spots in the corners when I'm really looking for it that I can see a little orange trying to come thru. So if u get them linexed they will definitely last and look much better over time. Good luck.

    It's kinda in between MGM and cement. Could probably go either way.

    My cleaning products are modest. Still long way to go and lot of learning needed on my end. I've learned a lot along the way, but still have a very long way to go. There's alot more guys on here that know way more than me on detailing.

    The ego is pretty decent. It's very convenient to just slap the battery in and use immediately. I use it pretty often. It actually has pretty decent power. Just wish it lasted a little longer on a charge. I find myself having a hard time getting all the water off my truck on a full battery. It wouldn't hurt to have a small corded leaf blower for backup in case you run out juice. That or a 2nd battery, with 2 batteries I could definitely get all the water off, all of it. On 1 I can get most of the heavier stuff but usually not all of it before the battery dies on me.

    Just can't help it. I'll be the 1st to admit. After having my truck artic coated I just can't walk away without turning around to take a pic. I love my kids to death, but I'm ashamed to say I got way more pics of my truck in my phone than I do them. I know father of the year lol.

    As good as this pic below looks, it's not doctored in anyway, just a regular old cell phone pic, same as rest. With just the right lighting it's looks amazing. To be honest, pics don't even do it justice, you gotta see it in real life. I gotta say it's great, I get so many compliments on a daily. It's especially nice when truck guys, who don't drive Tundras, say what an awesome truck I got.

    Well it's finally done. Loud as hell. Did it just as I said I would. Came out great. Not even noticeable from front behind grill. Everything either I got black or painted black.

    And heres the tank and compressor mounted to my replacement metal lid fuse box cover. The lid cover even opens on a hinge. Also put a piece of dyno mate under it to help with noise and vibration.
