    I did just use real popped corn to protect knives I shipped to my dad. We popped a bunch for a school egg drop project (no break, btw), so I figured, why not use it.

    I love vinegar based sauce, I may have to look into this Carolina shine.
    My absolute favorite is Brooks BBQ "chicken dipping sauce". It's also vinegar based and a version of "Cornell chicken" it's unreal and I highly recommend it. https://brooks-bbq.myshopify.com/collections/sauces/products/chicken-sauce-1?variant=876648519
    I order cases of this stuff as gifts and for myself. You can good Cornell chicken and make your own version but nothing beats Brooks. I use wings and thighs when I make this, occasionally a full bird that I spatchcock and grill. They also sell a rub that is delicious, i also buy that by the case. The combo makes a great salt a vinegar chicken that everyone will be asking you for the recipe.

    Baadddd news....Every bottle of syrup appears to have turned rancid and is growing mold, a few even look carbonated. I have no idea what went wrong, has to be an issue with temperature when we bottled, maybe the thermometer wasn't calibrated. Looks like no one is getting any syrup this year :( sorry everyone

    Hey everyone. I was able to ship out a bunch of boxes today. I'll keep plugging away on all these orders. Thanks for being so patient with me, if you're didn't go out today it's nothing personal, I had limited time and packed up the easier ones. I also bottled 10 more gallons of syrup today so some went out "hot off the press". If I didn't reply to your PMs gimme a little time and I'll get back to you. I hope to ship more Friday and get a bunch boxed up this weekend, I'm off work all of next week so I should be able to have everyone's syrup mailed out by next week.

    Got home today and there was a box of deliciousness waiting for me.... I brought them inside, knifed the box open as fast as I can and found 4 quarts of perfection. I took a shotglass, filled it to the rim, and got: THE MOST TASTEY dose of this work of art. So good, I had to pour another shot and enjoy the bliss... Truly Devine.

    I'm making homemade Waffles, Pancakes, and French Toast tomorrow morning, my family is going to go nuts!!!!
