Just lifted my 2020 tundra trd pro with the ready lift plus 4, once aligned the speedometer, precollision, trailer brake, traction control, abs, and gas gauge fluctuates. Anyone else lift theirs and have similar issues?

Looks like your front may be higher? You need some rake to have TSS function. Dealer can try to re-calibrate.

I have Toytec Alumas up front and shackles and shims in the back for 2 inches in the rear. I am level and I don't have any issues with mine.

Has anyone else had issues with dealerships refusing to recalibrate their sensors. I’m reading some do and some don’t. Trying to find out if anyone has done this recently

You either need rake or you can adjust the TSS sensor angle with washers to angle it about 15 degrees downward. I have a custom grille and lift and it was causing similar issues. Stacked some washers on the bottom TSS mounting threads to angle it downward and it fixed the issues. TSS uses road geometry for its BSM, lane correction, and some radar functions. It is naturally calibrated at a downward angle to pickup these cues. Once you lift or level, it will sometimes level out that calibrated angle and throws it off.

So I have a DB Customz grille so the bracket will look different and I honestly forget what the stock looks like, but this was my fix to your issues upon installation. Stacked extra nuts between the faceplate and the grille glass on the bottom threads (original post said top, sorry its early half asleep). This angled the TSS similar to factory mounting spec. If you look at the stock mounting angle, it should be roughly 15 degrees downward. Raising the truck, and especially if it is leveled or has a rear rake, throws this angle off.

Hopefully this helps some. Shouldn't be hard to do something similar with stock.

TSS mounted when it was going apeshit. Hard to tell from these pics because the angle of the shot is bad, but it was pointing at a level plane with the roadway throwing it off. Reinstalled with the nuts, it retained the natural rake from factory. No issues since (been about a year).

Lifting my truck didn't set my sensor off but as soon as I switched my grille then the sensor stopped working properly. I tried using different sensor covers and no luck and tried positioning the sensor differently and still didn't work. It doesn't need to be recalibrate through the dealership as just driving the truck normally will fix the problem when its in the correct position. The only thing that worked for me was a relocation bracket from AJT Deisgns. After I installed it, the sensor when off after 5 minutes of driving.

Had exactly the same issue, chinese trd pro grill disabled my TSS. It was causing me such a big headache cause I like the TSS system. 3 washers did the trick, haven’t had an issue since. It’s extremely sensitive

Yup. Everyone overthinks it. Its a simple radar function that just needs to mimic stock angling.

Where did you install the washers? Behind the radar sensor or on the grill?

Behind the sensor, on the bottom mounting points. Try 1-3 washers and drive and see if it goes away. Mine worked with 3 washers, but I had TRD Pro replica grill.

    None. Keeping this one stock.
Just pay them to zero calibrate your truck. It's like 100 or so. Why bother shimming the yaw sensor when you can do it right. They will have to calbirate your PCS as well.

Your YAW sensor is off as well bro. YOu can shim it, or let Yota zero calibrate.

    A $0.25 fix versus $100? Oof.
