Legos….

Giving this one to my son for x-mas

 

We have a lot more Christmas village, we just didn’t put it all out this year so it would fit on the fireplace since we host a church small group once a month now.

 

Got my wife this one for Christmas…she said she’s never actually had her OWN Lego before

I got this one for Christmas. So far it's been a fun build. Working driveline from pistons to the axle. Pretty cool.

 

Is that the McLaren? My son got that one. It's above his skill at the moment, so I'm stoked to get to put it together

 

I used to do that with my daughter - I'd buy a kit that was above her age range so I could put it together with her. Then one year, she didn't need me to help anymore. That was a sad day for me.

 

Yeah guys; my daughter is 17. I got her the Land Rover defender technics set…..it is AWESOME!!!! She told me I couldn’t touch it. She has been in her room for 5 hours today working on it. Can’t wait to see it completed.

 

Yeah, I'm 2/3 of the way done with it. Cool build. My 5 yo is pushing me to get it done so he can play with it.

 

My son received the Statue of Liberty Architectural set for Christmas. We put it together today.

 

Just a couple small builds lately; boba fett helmet and then the corvette stingray and c8 (both came in one pack).

Is the mustang the same size as the corvette? If so, i might need to get the mustang to go with my corvette

 

Found the instructions for this set online and dug out my childhood bricks to build this. My son loved it, now I gotta clean off the rest of the pile and see what else I can put back together.

Very cool! I have never owned a Lego set...nor put one together. My calling was comic books - collected from '74 to '86.

 

be careful…..once you start, you can’t stop. It’s like modding our trucks - it gets very addictive

 

Love your collection. I need the space shuttle. The day they do a Mando helmet, I'll be all over it.

I was able to get me a couple of these back around thanksgiving and my wife got me the Cat D11 for Christmas.

 

Slime was the bane of my existence for a few years. My kids LOVED it and made it themselves. Glitter, dye, glue, slime was everywhere and we had carpeted floors. I manipulated it to my advantage eventually - kids destroyed the carpet and I convinced the wife we had to go hardwood throughout the house. Bought it and installed myself. It is
Glorious. I HATE CARPET……….but I love lego. They’ll never be banned from these walls!!!! Hahaha

You lucky SOB, I've been trying to find one for about 2 months and everywhere is sold out - Lego website and Amazon don't have any available. Go to ebay and it's like 800 bucks

 

I believe she found it, the last one they had then, at the Columbus LEGO store.

 

Those at-at’s are insanely expensive. Dare I say you have made a nice investment there if you decide to unload them
