I'm not sure Dusty, my guess would be if you're going with a lighter tube style bumper, the 650 might be okay. But if it's a heavy steel plate bumper or any plans to add a winch, I'd go with the 700.

Any idea at how rough riding the 700 is without a steel bumper? I don't have the scratch to buy it all at once

No idea, but @joem1cha3l has 700 and I think it's fine. He can probably tell you.

Lol. It almost looks that bad again. I really don't know what to do. I can't wash my truck in my driveway when it gets that muddy. My street is sloped a little and the drain is at the bottom of the street. So every time I wash my truck, there's a giant trail of mud all the way down the street that leads right to my house. My neighbors hate me. :(

I guarantee you, a couple more times and I'll be getting a letter from my HOA. It's so ridiculous I have to time my car washes with the rain so the rain washes away the muddy gutter. :(

Do a coin op on the way home to get off the majority and then a detail at home! Haha

Too tired on the way home. And I need a more long term solution, the coin ops are too far away. I'm going to try borrowing my brothers pressure washer and use sandbags to divert the mud into my plants. If that doesn't work I'm just not going to wash it anymore.

I just showed the wife @Krezz's set up and told her that's next. She was on board for a couple of minutes until she asked how much it costs.

It's kind of hard to tell from the website but the engine skid plate is 2 pieces and the transmission is just one long one correct?
