Yeah... not sure it would've looked right with the chrome stock lights. Really glad I got these. One of these days the chrome grille surround is coming off but I don't have any money right now to make my truck look pretty.

Looks great, you've done more mods/spent more dough than most have. Details:mudding:

Had to chop up the front skid to fit around the new bumper.

Shortened the bumper plate to fit the skids

And mounted the Squadrons on the bumper. Still undecided if I’ll keep them there.

And put it all back together. Now to find a rear bumper.

Last 2 pictures do it more justice, and that bumper is beefier than I thought. Looks sharp :canada:

My skids took me 8 hours!!! Stop complaining about having to bend your skid corners up a quarter inch!! :D

Haha, I wish I had a real skid and bumper to have to modify. This stock stuff is a joke! Nice job btw, looks like it fits nicely and those two big steel ramps on the bumper will help you big

What you going to get? First thing I did after the lift was get rid of the chrome Nerf bars. Made a huge difference.

Yeah the 2 piece front skid. I had to remove the front piece to get the bumper on but the rear piece needs the front piece to mount. It was only connected on the back and was just dangling there. So it was either cut it up or remove the rear piece too.

How'd you like the new bumper set up? Is that your exhaust I hear in the last video?

Love the new bumper. Don’t have to worry anymore approaching big obstacles. And I’m still on stock exhaust. Only way I’m putting an exhaust on is if there’s noticeable H.P. gains.

831TUN cleared that up, I thought it sounded like a dirt bike. Great still shots and videos, you can tell your bumper would have been toast in the one video

We went back to Bald Mountain to hit a red section we missed the last 2 times. But turns out we already ran it the first time we were there. :facepalm:But the 4 of us who’ve been here before ran the trail without any spotting. Hence, very few pics and videos.
