odd it would rub on the bolt. Are you the only one it happens to ? I mean all the Tundras have the same bolt at the same spot. Icon should have caught it. (and yes I work in QA...lol)

I’m pretty sure it’s going to happen to everyone who has the RXT leafs with RXT omega bypasses. At least the ones who wheel it. It only rubs when the wheel is stuffed. I hear this was a custom build by sdhq and not Icon. So I don’t think Icon tested them. I just finished swapping them. Took a couple of hours... a lot of it was deciding where to mount the RR’s.

lol..so much for their 1,000 miles road testing...can't even catch that issue. I feel they are rushing getting their products out. Just my 0.02.

Try to get the hose and resi to go over that perch. So hose runs on top with the frame instead of under.

Nope. That hose is way too short. Barely reached where we put it. It’s ok. Hopefully it’s only on there for a couple of weeks.

I think they only did the 1000 mile testing on the non-bypass RXT rear shocks. :(

Yeah happened to me twice and the second time was on the trail. Dumped half my brake fluid. I finally took it to SDHQ and made them deal with it. They installed their "temp fix" and repositioned the resi hose to help keep it positioned forward. I'll be looking for a new shock once the perm fix is determined

Guess I can assume it broke the banjo bolt off? That would of been no fun.

Luckily no, but it loosened it just enough for a steady flow of brake fluid to leak out. My brake light came on indicating I was low. If I would have kept going without fixing it I would have broke it off eventually

Yes, I’m pretty sure it will. I don’t plan on driving the truck until I get my shocks back though. If they don’t get it done by my Death Valley trip, I’m going to have to find another location to mount it. The hose is so short I couldn’t think of any other way.

Joon thats pretty good customer service for them to give you "loaners" until they find a fix. Fingers crossed for you that you will be fixed before your trip!

Added a gel pad on the ridiculously hard plastic armrest. My elbow practically bleeds when I wheel for more than 1 day.

    Wheeler’s Superbumps

Put the passenger side on. The driver’s side is missing the nut inside. No idea how that could have possibly came off. Just noticed my bumpstop was gone one day. Tomorrow should be fun trying to figure out a way to get a nut in there.
