    Updated first post: I changed the meal assignments. Dirk, you and John are paired for Sat breakfast. Dan, let us know if you need help with Sun breakfast. I'll take Fri dinner.

    I need everyone to check in and let us know how many in your truck so we can plan the meals.

    I will be somewhere between Apple Valley and Lucerne Valley around noon on Friday. The loose plan is to cross Johnson Valley northbound then make camp somewhere in Rasor Dunes. You can either meet us around noon on Fri, meet us at camp in the evening, or meet us somewhere in between but I'll have a to coordinate a specific time. I will start a PM so we can coordinate exact meet points. I still have to work on exact routes so bear with me.

    Bring lots of firewood! I can only carry 4 bundles and its going to be cold. Make sure you bring proper clothes and sleeping gear, night temps on the second night might drop below freezing.

    There will be plenty of fuel stops, but I always carry an extra 5 ga just in case.
