    If there's no income tax they'll get it somewhere else like property tax, sales tax, or your pension tax, there's no free ride. Wyoming rates as one of the best in all categories but the slowdown in mining coal there may change things.

    Oregon has no state sales tax, loved saving that $5k or so when I bought my tundra. They do have state income tax.
