    Congratz!
I picked up mine 1 week ago. Army Green '21 SR5 TRD OR with the black out package. Put some N-Fab rails, a console vault and a few other things on it so far. It loves the fuel, but I'm really loving this truck so far.

Blackout package takes most of the chrome and puts the black "cover" over it, it also adds black lettering to the back TUNDRA.

If it’s only a “tiny” bit of extra legroom that you get in the CM, then the DC’s bed is only a “tiny” bit longer. It’s the same difference.

Three kids and a dog to join us on our adventures made the CM decision easy. Plus, I haul guitars and amps to and from work. Much of my gear is vintage and definitely needs to travel in the cab.

That is a real beauty! One question, why do they leave chrome on the front when the badges are blacked out and the rear bumper is color matched?

Because Toyota is Toyota and they don't give you as much choice as the domestic manufacturer's. That's why I got the sport

The only reason the rear bumper is color matched is because his truck has the blind spot monitoring. Those sensors are in the rear bumper and they can't make it through the metal of a chrome bumper. The exact same truck with the same packages minus blind spot monitoring would have chrome rear caps.

To eliminate the Chrome from the factory you have to get specific trims. The SR5 is not one of them.

All true, but why the sr5 forces you to have chrome city on the front end is beyond me. For me I would have went trd off road premium instead of my sport but I hate chrome. North of the border here it costs a lot to de chrome a tundra the right way

I'm not a chrome hater. My 04 was color matched all the way around and now my 20 is chrome al around. Forcing myself to get used to it because it would be such an undertaking to de chrome. Bottom line is that color is sharp.

I am eventually going to swap out the chrome bits left over. I would have gone with the fully color matched, but this was literally 1 of 2 choices on the lot hah. The other was a Limited in white and not what I was looking for.

The sensors that need holes are the parking sensors and have nothing to do with the BSM.

I honestly wasn't a fan of the AG Pro Tundra. I am liking these other trims with it, though. I think AG is one of the colors that pulls off chrome pretty well. :monocle:

Prefer to call it a hood ornament (since it doesn't "scoop" anything" lol

I don't actually mind the scoops. Nothing I would ever add, but I don't think it detracts from the truck at all. I mean, look at the little vents on the lower bumper of a chevy. It's purely cosmetic, but air flows through it.

I disliked the chrome more than I did the scoop, I mean at $60k why should we expect to me able to spec our trucks out how we want them?
