So, it looks like you're planning on parting your truck out; does the new battery stay w/it or is that for sale???

Lol… that means the buyer gets hooked up with a brand new battery. You think Toyota cares about the people getting one key fob buying a $70k truck?… get them or they’ll get you!

Excuse me, this is an online forum. This is based on incessant use of many, many words with very little knowledge involved.

If you are going to cheat, buy the Wal-Mart battery and you will have batteries for life. Your children can even inherit the three year warranty and they are set for life. Please take pictures of the Wal-Mart people.

Legal Disclaimer: The inheritance of the Wal-Mart warranty by your children is subject to taxes. Failure to pay these taxes could cause the confiscation of their battery.

I won the battery lottery. Mine died in my garage two weeks before the warranty expired and wouldn't jump or take a charge. Ended up having it towed to the dealer, which is less than a half mile from my house. My insurance paid for the tow and the battery was no charge. I was only out a $20 tip for the wrecker driver.

nothing beats killing a battery like a slow drain, the way my wife took out her Outback battery
(leave the cabin lights on for a few days)
