SO... a few cans of liquid courage and I tore into the dash. Purchased the SR black trim and, of course, every piece had to be removed to get it in. I decided to keep the chrome trim a/c vents, as I feel it really pops against the black interior.

    The two question I have:

What is this wire tucked away from the radio loom? Its not connected to anything!

Lower center dash: does this wire really just connect to a blank space???
(I dont remember if it came out of there, but there are no missing connectors?!)

Lower picture, I believe that wire is for the glass breakage sensor.

You have to buy it, that's just the wiring harness and then you get a little speaker that replaces the blank.

Ok so its something I clearly do not have. Now I can stop worrying and pop in the lower dash, completing my install.

Out of curiosity, is the wire on its own fuse and hot? I can easily use that blank space for something if it already has power going there.

    What about the radio wire?
