My wife was in the other room and heard me watching this video and came in because she thought she heard me watching gay porn.

    Bumping this thread.

Had an X-Ray done today on my right shoulder. X-Ray showed a slight elevation on my rotator cuff. It could be an impingement, inflamed, or torn. MRI (contrast) set to 10/14 so the surgeon can better diagnosis it.

Ouch, yeah I feel you. Tweaked my shoulder not too long ago. Started my own rotator cuff rehab twice a week. Got all better after a couple of weeks or so. Now I make sure to include rotator cuff exercises once a week

If it's inflamed that means something is getting to it. Could be a fragment or something. Who knows. That's what the surgeons are paid for.

Edit: X-Ray tech gave me a shoutout lol. "You should be proud. I have to add more radiation to see through your muscle mass."

Wonder if it could just be tight or a slight
always a plus when tech says stuff like that! Speaking of that, anyone ever told you you had too high of a BMI?
Had to go to the doc for a checkup right after my cut phase. I was at 215 @ 10%. Doc weighed me, did his thing, went out and came back. Told me "Law, here's some brochures for weight management" I looked at him, asked him why I was getting this. He replied "your BMI is entirely too high for a man of your height, at 6'3" you should be at 175-185 pounds" I couldn't stop laughing, told him to stop using BMI as a regulating point, since it was concocted up in the mid 20th century when every single man could fit into shirts from American eagle. Instead a proper procedure would be to start monitoring body fat levels regardless of height or weight.
If you look better naked than your doctor does, I wouldn't take health advice from him. That's about as bad as following supp advice from a GNC employee!!

    Bump.

What protein powders do y'all recommend? I'm guessing should have a good yield, blends easily and has some form of amino acids. What's a good one to buy?
