makes more sense now. As long as your form is good, your big 3 order will sort itself out.

5x5 is what works for me personally...

My form is fine, some times caves under PRs but thats normal IMO. I usually work up to 1RM then do either a 3X5 or 5X3 of 80% whatever I'm capable. I think that's called conjugate training. I'm not as serious as i used to be, i want to be again though. I usually do my big three three times a week, two light high rep days and one heavy low rep day then two or three days of accessories. Might not be ideal but i have fun with it, growing a little. that's all i care about anymore.

Next time if/when I do compete, it'll be PL style. My squat will never be where I want it, but with a semi-jacked knee- I'm ok with that.

As long as my shoulder cooperates I want to get back to my heavy lifts ...ill probably focus heavy lifts when I'm home and more of a pump style when on travel.

I think his arms are bigger than my legs.

Better question would be wtf would you do to stop him if he WAS a zombie

Sure. I'll toss one up in the AM. It'll be a hotel gym but I'll do it

Did u know, he eats 9k cals (clean) a day in prep? Fish, chicken, beef, etc. that would be nuts. My max in the off season was around 4k'ish and that was tough!

Just spent what felt like my life savings on a new batch of sups because I just moved into my new house. Now I feel like a kid on Christmas eve because I can't wait to wake up and slaughter myself.

If I can find one of those in my phone. I know I've got a standing post pump no flex. I think I might have a bicep flex.

I watched a thing on Jay Cutler once and the dude wakes up in the middle of the night to eat a meal, goes back to sleep, then wakes up for breakfast. Haha if that isn't dedication to fitness and diet i don't know what is.
