Why I still go to LA. Still pay 20/month for the nation wide package so I can go when I travel

A cable snapped on a friend of mine and he ended up with a nice gash in his forehead. He ended up needing plastic surgery. He was pissed the gym owner was aware of what happened and never apologized or mentioned it. He left that gym and hasn't gone back.

It's easy to miss worn and frayed cables in a big, busy gym, but I think he should have said something about it, at least to be a gentleman.

Psh, when doc and I settle down, my plans include a shed complete with a power rack, 50-130 lb DB's and a leg press. With a $50/month membership at a gym, you can pay that crap off in less than 3 years!
Got a buddy that can fab up a power rack and calf press for me.....all I need is the material!

    Stack plates, get dates. LOL!
I'm quiet for the most part, squat and biceps I'm noisy. Almost puke from my bicep regime every time. I am and will always be the small guy, but do big things. Get to be around some world class athletes, football, fighters, soccer, etc., and do very well.
Yeah I am by far top dog at my gym(miniscual achievment), don't get me wrong there are 2 lunkers that show up, but... So I am exited about moving and starting at a new gym. Actually might open my own.

Been thinking of doing that when I move back to La! We need a serious lifter gym! Foxy's is one, and golds gym just opened before I moved....but I'm a fan of mom and pop gyms. Bringing back old school!

Do any of y'all drink BCAAs? And if so, what do you recommend? Or do you not take cause your protein intake is high enough that you're not worried about muscle loss? @Sean266 @Law323

Technically - they should be used as a bolus between meals. However, I like to use them intra when cutting or to curb a sweet tooth.

I have plenty of protein intake, BUT I will ingest them if I don't have time to eat breakfast, SOMETIMES during a heavy ass workout, or when conditioning/cutting

Bolus- used here as a large gap. (So, in this case would be effective as a bolus between long periods of meal times)

Not to toot my own horn, but 99% of the time I get my shops free from
    Cellucor
    GAT
    Optimum Nutrition
    iSatori

Lately, I've been using AminoGro from iSaotri. In fact, I just made a amino shake because it sounded good, haha.

Nutrition Company. Google them. The owner, Nate is a good and close buddy of mine. He had a SC 14" lifted Tundra and sold it to get the wife a Honda :(

    http://nutritioncompanycolorado.com/

They don't charge me sales tax on anything except protein as they have too for some tax regulation. Let Nate, Allen, or Brian know you're a local friend and SD volunteer if you go. I guarantee you they smome anyone's pricing

Thanks. That's where I've been going since you told me last time; 2 miles from my office.
I'll bring that up if I don't get distracted; last time I went, there was some girl working on her show poses in a tight, skimpy bikini. Totally spaced out on the purchase and didn't bring up your name

lol don't know her, but I know the other 3 real well.
The three I listed are the brightest guys you'll find in the industry. Nate doesn't lift, but he can tell u what any ingredient in any supp does. I love how there is zero pressure to purchase anything there.
