I might be able to do that with the #1, but definitely not the #2. I'd eventually like to close #3, but that thing is a monster.

I used to hate training legs. My deadlift was eh squat sucked. Six months ago I could bench more than I squat. I've focused on lower body so much. In the last 4-6 months my squat has gone up 120lbs, dreads gone up 100-110lbs and bench maybe 10-20 lbs lol.

I'm at the beginning of that actually LOL
Started squatting 3x a week switching between fronts and back squats using progressive overload. Not focusing on set volume but weight volume keeping reps between 5-8 that way I gain size and strength in my chicken legs LOL

Just finished a session, now drinking my protein shake and some raisins.

You've given me hope Blake!! :benchpress:

Lol thanks! I had a friend that made those same gains and in like hell naw 100+ lbs in 6 months that's high, he's juicing. Lol. I was way wrong once I got serious about lower body it exploded for me.

I train some what a conjugate style. I barely do anything outside the main three lifts. Some days I throw in accessory stuff, I'd like to do more just bc I used to have some pretty decent cut shoulder, biceps, triceps even for my size.

I usually do squats and deads the same day and bench one day. Heavy days I do two weeks of 3 rep max, then two weeks 2 rep max then one rep max day. Then I pick one of the two (alternate squat one week next week dead) and do a 5x5 at 75-80% my max one rep

Rep day the goal is 5x5 of 80% 1rm but so far it goes something like 5x3 then next week 5x5 then I go 85-90% 5x3 next week 5x5.

That's probably the first legit routine I've ever done. Normally I just went in there and lifted stuff and it didn't take me anywhere after a whole. I wanna do Smolov squat program so bad. I might do it after my next 1 rep max week to get a base number to start smolov.

    Today I did 4x4 of 375 squat and 4x4 405 deadlifts.

I just need someone to figure me out a diet bc idk what the hell im doing there. I'd love to lose like 30-40lbs but I just don't know how to eat and still make the gains I want. I also need to find healthier snacks, lol. that's my big killer. I eat relatively good for my 4-5 meals but my snacks.... oh god. I had two donuts today, the kind with chocolate on top AND chocolate chips.:annoyed:

BodyBuilding.com had a nice set that I used for a while, it was a v-body workout. I added some yoga and planks and stretching to it then tore my bicep moving this stupid wash machine stack.

    Then I lost it.

Sounds a lot like what I decided to do. Three days a week - big three plus hang cleans for traps and total body. Alternate each lift with strength and hypertrophy days switching out exercises but keeping deads between 6-7 always heavy weights (seems to work the best for me) plus one day for accessory work.

Accessory day always feels like a day off even though I go relatively heavy 70-75% 6-8 reps

As for eating- to cut, I would start at 1.2g protein 1g carbs and 0.2g fat a day until you get to about 9-10% then back to bulking, or could always try carb cycling.
