    Now that I'm 65 and retired, I have time to work out. Run every morning and lift a couple of times per week. Better shape now than I was 20 years ago. What's the old saying, "When we're young, we ruin our health in order to make money, but in our old age, spend all that money trying to get out health back." Sad, but true... To all you young guys, find balance. No one ever put on their grave stone, "I wish I had spent more time at work." :)

    Fitness is a huge part of my life. I always find time to lift and do cardio 3-4x a week- with a very demanding career, husband, father, etc.

    Buying used home gym equipment online has been one of the best decisions I've made. I have enough to get a good workout in at home. After my little ones were born I felt selfish spending a lot of time in the gym. Then I bought my equipment, and I was out of the groove and it sat. Then injuries, work, life etc. made time go by quick. Now I'm back on the wagon and I'm loving it.

    I decided to do a juice diet for two weeks to get a fast boost of weight loss. Then I will start the eating better for life phase. I'm hoping this will help my back and knees which will also lead to better workouts.

    Fitness is a huge part of my life. It's never about finding time...I always MAKE time. Act as if it's a doctors appointment or a work meeting that you CANT miss, especially when motivation is low.

    I'm honestly addicted to working out. My family thinks I do it just because of my job, but even when I'm on vacation I have to work out or I get major migraines and become a total dick to everyone.
    Being fit has gotten me very far in life and my career. In an "alpha" society where I reside, it pays to be the biggest and baddest.

    Exactly. That's one thing I've always avoided is complacency. I always want to push myself, test myself and improve upon who I was yesterday. Nothing like the sense of accomplishment when you realize you're 5 lbs heavier, stronger, etc.

    Oh and it always feels good when someone describes you as the "big ass dude" "yea, the dude with forearms bigger than your legs" "yeah, hulk looking guy over there"

    Reminds me of my dad...my sister's guy friends/bf would never come around they always have to sneak to see her and one time my dad came home from his brothers after drinking her friends tried to take off by my dad had the back of the car lifted off the ground and told them to get the f**k out lol they got out and ran left the car there so my dad had it towed away

    My daughter knows good and well how I watch over her. (She's only 10 now) she told a boy at her school last year "my dad won't allow me to have a bf, sorry."

    My wife jumps my ass because I'm too protective and fears she'll retaliate when she's older. She may be right, but I also have a lot of bigger friends, and lots of PD connections.
