    I'd be careful with trainers though. Some of them in big box gyms don't know the difference between dynamic stretching and self myofascial release.
    I've worked in a big box gym as a trainer...I know how bad it can be.

    Not strong enough to lift that? No worries, here at crossfit it doesn't matter how you lift it, just lift it? knee pain, that's why braces were invented...

    Psh, I'm legally an Idaho resident and live on base which is federal land so what the nut jobs here like to do for the most part doesn't affect me st all. However, I think the geniuses in Sacramento forget how much military is actually behind their own borders. I mean, I'm not the smartest dude but I have a hard time imagining a group of people who's identity is based upon peace, love and hope going against the most effective and violent military the world has ever known and be successful...
    I'll stop there before it become political in nature.

    Oh trust me bro, I have a hard time thinking about how nutjobs don't realize that in Louisiana with as many of my buddies and their families that collect guns, shoot targets and are damn good at it (most of them come from some type of military training)

    Oh well...shows how much restraint guys like us have LOL
