So you checked/replaced all of the other fuses before going to the Main/Alternator fuse?

When u say can’t drive do you mean you can put it on R or D and won’t move or you can’t get it out of P?

Ok it looks like the power window relay is powered by a 30A fuse look for that under the dash.

The body control module works your climate control theirs a 7.5A fuse that powers the BCM under the dash. Look I’m doing my best to help u I been doing this for 30 years if I was their first thing I would do is check every single fuse so pull your owners Manuel and u will see wat all the fuses do I know they are hard to get to but u need to do it either go get a 12v test light turn key on and probe each fuse or pull every single one out and inspect it specially the 7.5A they are a bit darker and sometimes hard to see if their any good

In any case, I would only mess with replacing the 180A Main/Alternator fuse after verifying all of the other fuses are good. As you're learning it's relatively annoying to replace that fuse.

Check your tail light fuse and the brake light fuse.

If they blow, your shifter will lock up.
    Its a safety feature.

You stick the point into the fuse like picture #2 make sure key is on wen you do that and you poke both sides of the fuse if the tester lights up on both sides it’s a good fuse if only lights on one side bad fuse
