A year and a half later and the raw aluminum still holding up great !! Just changed the battery (had small business which I like to support do it) as well, for upcoming winter, as I noticed a little hesitation in crank. Thanks again James for the nice upgrade ...good to see you still making these !!!

I am still working on these, but this is a preview. This is not all of them. I should be able to wrap these up this week.

I will start sending pms this week for some of you that have balances.

Everyone that has paid their balance for the Toyomafia hold downs has had their units shipped and I have pmed you tracking numbers.

I have four (4) extra that are in raw aluminum. I made these for people that show up late for the party. These can be powder coated to your liking.

These will be that last four (4) that will get made.

    Thanks to everyone.

What brand of posts are those and did the stock wiring reach without lengthening?
    TIA..

I have the taller AGM battery in my Tundra, will the factory screws be long enough? They are for the stock bracket, I just wanted to make sure

I did have a little adjustments, but I was able to get it to work, no issues to report.

Is that the thick or thin hood down bracket?

Hey @Coupe, checking if you happen to have any TRD PRO battery tie downs laying around, Wide Black and Red combination? Thanks!

I tried to install these yesterday..
No matter what I did, I couldn't get the clamp to tighten on the post.
It would tighten, then I was always able to move it by hand.
Any suggestions before I sent them back?

Are you talking about the battery posts or these battery hood downs? I am confused how the hood down will not tighten on the post

I attached all the leads to the clamp, then tightened the clamp to the battery post.
No matter how tight it was when I finished, I could still move the entire clamp on the battery post with my fingers.
This battery is only a few months old.
Toyota gave me an 84-month Trustart when they replaced my cats..

When I tighten the OEM clamp to the post, it stays put.

There are a couple of Amazon reviews that noted the same thing.

    I worked on this today..
Cleaned off all the grease, and used a rubber mallet to properly seat the clamp to the post.

    It seems all is well.
    It doesn't move easily anymore..

    Funny thing:
1st post is OEM battery leads.
2nd post is my audio amp.
3rd post is 2 small fused ring leads.
One of the small rings is for the Amp Steps, I can't remember what the other one is for..

    EDIT:
The other small lead is for the 3W module for the auto windows up/down.

@Coupe this is awesome, couldn’t wait to get home, just finished it. I was so anxious to get this on tonight, I will redo the hooks and clean up, tomorrow. This came out so sweet.
