SDHQ or Hefty Fab Works and why? Price is about the same. What about quality? Looks like build time is 2+ months on HFW, unknown on SDHQ. Does one work better with 38 gal tank? What if I want to buy shields later? Does that rule out either vendor? Ease of install? Both claim direct bolt on with no drilling. Customer service?

I don’t have sliders yet, but I think I’ll be going with SDHQ. The fact that they use the cab mount is what made up my mind. Plus I know @joonbug has good things to say about his. Idk of anyone with on here with Hefty sliders.

It looks like the heftys are well made and might make a more practical step

I went with @sdhq_offroad. I am very happy with the quality of the sliders. A bit pricey then shipping on top of that but i am happy with my decision. The sliders are complete bolt on and fit both double cab and crew max models. No drilling into the frame is required and are weight bearing.

We stock our sliders both raw and powder coated. We are currently out of stock on them but we just finished welding up the production run. Next is to fit them in our QC jig and then they are ready! So I would estimate ready to ship by the end of the week. Our powdercoated sets will be ready to go in about 2 weeks.

Here is a link to our slider thread we have. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to PM me.
