    I think they get commission on the sale or something, because they are always mad at me for not taking it. But, I have had 5 Toyotas in a row, never bought the extended warranty, and never needed it. At $2,000 each I would have paid $10,000 total for something I never needed. Even if one of my current Toyotas break and it cost, let's say $2,000 to fix, I am still $8,000 ahead.
