I would get go rhino rear. Kinda beefy. Better clearance. I think they work with sensors. And you can put reverse lights in it

Got the same bumper on the mom crawler and I dig it. Even put their 12,000 lb winch in her. And it was the best thing I could have done. I’ve pulled more people out then I could have imagined.

Do you have any idea how much this thing weighs? I'm on stock springs for now but planning on getting this bumper and trying to factor its weight into what coilovers I buy and what lift setting to use.

Thanks! So are 700# coils sufficient to hold the weight of it?

Hey, jumping back into this thread. I ordered one for my 2010 tundra a few days ago. got two big boxes today, but definitely not the size of a whole, solid bumper. Has everyone else's come like this? Should I be worried, or is it a huge red flag that the bumper is in multiple pieces?

I think so, I haven't had a chance to open the boxes. I wanted to get some input before I open them up. If it was a huge no go I was just going to send them back.

Mine (3rd gen bumper). Came in two. One is the winch tray which is just say roughly 2’x3’ and the other is the bumper and hardware

Also if there is any damage call company and ask for money back. Be polite. I got $200 off for very minor damage so it was roughly $350 for the whole bumper

:pout: Yes it does. I was optimistic when I first got it and touched it up. But 6 months later minor rust in the problem spots. Should’ve got it repainted before I put it on. Still a good deal tho

I don't have any rust. It's a two layered powdercoat. In my case the outer layer is peeling away in some places. The under coat seems to be fairly decent. Going to eventually Durabak back the whole bumper. I'm not losing any sleep over it. Like you said ended up being a good deal...sort of....heh...heh..

Stuff is so expensive for tundra probably any truck but spending 1500-2k for a bumper...I couldn’t do it.... $350 is practically like I got it for free

Interesting. Your bumper was one full piece though? I would say both the boxes I got are about the same size. one is about the size you described, 2'x3' the other box is maybe a little bit longer but not by much. They're crazy heavy though but I'm thinking the bumper is in 3 pieces, the two corners and then the middle.

Anyone think I should be hitting the panic button if that is the case. I've never seen a bumper that needs to be bolted or pieced together...:confused:

Ya, I've heard that most people got money back because of the peeling powder coat. When you got your bumper how was it shipped. Does it seem really different from yours when you got it and sound weird to you that it's all in boxes?

Was shipped in two pieces. The bumper and winch plate. Both were wrapped up like a mummy with all hardware fasteners and lights inside. I had no idea the winch plate mounts were so far off. I assumed it was a simple bracket fix. Knowing what I do now....I would have declined the $150 credit and returned the bumper. The seller knew there were quality control issues with a lot these bumpers. Regrettably you get what you pay for...

in my case I am happy with the bumper, for the price a bit of tweaking was worth it.

Although many bumpers are superior they are simply not in the realm of what I am willing to pay for a bumper.

I waste all the big money mods on the the toy car, not the toy truck
