DSR1 Install, 2020 CM w/JBL- Has no sound/audio after install

OP, I understand that you have mange to get your system up and running. Reading your thread, I noticed that you have the input level to “low”. Im ordering a DSR1 when available and thought the input switch should be on “high”. Can you please explain me this switch. My radio is a non jbl. Maybe thats why.

How did you figure out you needed two remote turn ons? WhAt year truck?

I’m gonna need some help. 2021 with JBL. I have dsr1, TO3. I flashed the DSR, firmware is 1.9.4, I’m thinking there should be a more current version. Upon original install I had sound, crappy low sound. Now I have none. Constant green blink on DSR, not the green then white. Power to the amp seems fine. I am re-flashing the DSR and trying to find the most updated firmware. From the TO3 I have the speaker wires 1-4 going to the amp, RCA all connected and the sub wired. All connections are solid, good ground. Any help would be appreciated..

Yes and yes. Somehow I just flashed for a 3rd time and now my firmware is showing 2.0. Factory amp gone. From harness I have 1-4 speaker wires in 1-4 on amp. Sub wires to 5/sub on amp. Mt DSR blinks green then white at start up, then just blinks green.

 

R u playing radio or CD, No bluetooth at this point, correct? Maybe connect a speaker directly to the output of the amp. Have u set the gains yet? Heck the amp setup meaning high and low input. Also de dsr1 input. Check that the dar1 harnesses are all the way in. Mines where really tight

 

I found a local shop that says they work with the DSR all the time. I'm throwing in the towel and taking it there this afternoon. This is going on 2 weeks.
