I recommend tightening the upper stem bushing until it bottoms up than back off a 1/4 turn. Also check the bolts on the deavers and verify they are all facing towards the center of the truck with the bolt head on the outside to help avoid the resi contacting the bolt.

It was on the non-bypasses. The bypasses is what hit the banjo bolt.

I am running a different leaf pack, but I will keep that in mind as I get to install. Also gonna be putting in a custom u-bolt flip kit so I need to make sure I clear those as well..

Then make sure the leaf bolts don't wear through the sleeve on the parking brake cable

When I installed my ADS rears I double checked clearance and tightened enough for them not to rotate not ridiculously tight but tight enough. And I double check them every now and then. I dont off road as hard as other guys on here but I do use it offroad as much as I can.

@831Tun are your leaf pack bolt head facing towards the wheel? are you having any clearance issues in that area?

I'm fine with my 7" bracket lift for when I used the truck for off road and hunting, it's also saved my truck a few times. Now I wouldn't do it only because my hunting permit doesn't allow for taking the truck off the gravel or dirt roads and I have a YXZ for off roading. The Tundra is too damn big for what I like to do and the open diffs doesn't help either.

That's the reason I locked my rear diff. It's still too big for where I like to go in a truck. We live in different climates and terrain so each vehicle setup is going to have it's benefits. Bracket lift suited my build at the time.

I'm actually a little disappointed starting on around page 6. I'll be cleaning this up, and notify people.

Then the thread will be opened up again and see how it goes.
