    You will be headed to court if there is a lawsuit. I wouldn't provide too many details here as they could potentially hurt the case or get you in trouble.
    Not saying we can't talk, discuss and debate the incident or topic. Just be careful of some of the details. I'm sure you understand.

    It's up to the boys family whether they sue or not. My involvement was maybe 5 minutes tops. Besides the investigators have my statements taken immediately afterwards and my emergency call is already in the public domain. My lawyer told me not to get too excited since this is a no brainer anyways. Won't be my first rodeo.
