You might want to consider aliexpress. $35 before any discount coupons you can use.

No interference at all with the column shifter.

2" lift, Airaid cold air intake, aftermarket wheels, tonneau cover...

Thanks cha5.6... looks like the same one I ordered. Everything works on your 2010? Sub, rear camera, steering wheel controls?

According to Dasaita, the toyota harness they included in the box already contained the correct canbus. For those of you who have already installed this in a 3rd gen JBL equipped setup or other but know how all of these wires work, do the red and white aux in rca cables get connected to one another? See pic. Thanks.

I am reaching out again for some help. My current setup is with JBL. However, my JL package from James (tech12volts) is being shipped. With the current setup, it should be pnp. However, how does this get connected with the new amp??? There is a sub, mid, and front/rear outputs. Do these get used instead of the harness under the seat? Has anyone gone this route...new unit in JBL truck with replaced amp?

Sorry, used my factory amp under my passenger seat. Everything was plug and play.

I would imagine you would use factory plugs and then intercept the connections coming out of the factory amp into your new amp.

Just installed the 10.2 with harness sent from china for 60 bucks in my limited 2015 with JBL. I have absolutely no sound not even screen clicks. Back up cam is also just a yellow ! . Everything else seems to work fine gps etc. I have sent an email to Iris via qq.com. I am thinking it is some setting as in the Q and A sheet they sent says: "Why my car is not sound? A:Your car should has amp, please contact the tech support."
Anyone else have no sound after install?

I've got a few questions posted myself...been silent. Hopefully someone will chime in. I'm in standby until my JL package arrives. Sorry, can't help you about the sound. However, I do recall reading something here about the video issue you're having. There are 2 cam vin plugs. Try the other one. Good luck!

One of the questions I posted above...see pic...was whether the white and red rcas needed to be connected. Are yours?

The original toyota harness in the truck does not have any rca plugs, right? I have not plugged any thing into the yellow or red rca jacks. I feel I have used all the connections that go into the original harnesses so I dont know where I would plug in any rca into my original truck wiring. Maybe this is where I'm messing up?

I definitely know folks have plugged in the "cam vin" rcas for the reverse cam. One of the cam vin plugs (male) from the toyo harness they sent connects with the cam vin (female) input harness that is specific for the dasaita. This is why I was wondering about the red and white ones...for audio??? Dunno.

Ok Im retarded. I was just using the truck harness with the one I paid 60 bucks for. I still needed to use the original harnesses and plug them into the canbus one. sound now works and I got rear cam to work too. Everything works but sound is too low. all the eq settings help but still too low.

Logged into password settings and set canbus for Toyota. All works well now. This unit is much better than the Tesla style Phoenix. Nice soft porn vids preloaded.

Received my Dasaita 10.2 on Friday - everything works perfectly & sounds fantastic.

Just wondering if there’s an easy option to blank / black out / turn off the screen while driving (while still powering the unit & listening to music, etc.). Thx for any tips...

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.haxor I use this on my phones to dim them more than stock will allow. Probably useful for these units also.

So for everyone that has ordered this recently, like say in the last few months, two questions:

    1. Where did you order from (Amazon, aliexpress, ebay, etc)
    2. Did you order the unit and adapter harness as one or were they separate? I know at one point Dasaita was bundling the canbus/adapter in with the unit on amazon but not sure if they still are.

Aliexpress for both--from Dasaita store. It included the unit and Toyota harness with canbus. It was much cheaper than Amazon and came MUCH faster than posted on Amazon as well. Shipped from China and reached my home in PA 4-5 days. At first I thought the items were being shipped separately. However, they put the harness in the unit's box and shipped them together.

Did you order the one with the DASAITA on the bottom of the screen or the other one without that?

I think that is my problem. I like the one without the logo but cannot find one that has it bundled. Oh well.

I recently bought and installed one. I purchased it on Amazon. I assumed it came with canbus. Iris said one was available in China and I would get it "free" if I paid 60 bucks for express shipping. I received the unit from Amazon in 3 days. The canbus from China was shipped on. Saturday and I received the shipment on the next Friday. After some troubleshooting everything works perfect now. The only issue I have had is the dash kit. One of the tabs were broken off the bottom while still in the package. I broke the other off accidentally during install. Radio is held in perfect but climate control is somewhat loose due to the top not being held well.

Buy from Amazon. I'm about to pull the trigger on the same one (more square than the rounded corner one with the logo). Exact same hardware. They make a few version bundles on Amazon of the more square one (one with android auto/carplay and one without, for example). The same with onboard storage (32 vs 64GB), single vs double-din, etc.

Booyaa' thanks for the recommendation on the Kenwood Radio' I purchased the Kenwood Excelon 9906XR I absolutely love it, Great investment, All I have to do now is maybe change the speakers. I see that you also did some upgrades to your lighting, any recommendation on LED Headlights for my truck. I want to purchase the kit which I seen on Amazon but I'm worried about damage to the factory system and I really did not want to over spend. I just want something more whiter and clearer not necessarily LED's

In the status bar there is a box with an x through it. That will turn the screen off until you touch the screen again.

All installed with a Tech12volts JL package...holy shiitake ! Wow.

Like all of you, I have been digging through settings, launchers, etc. It's definitely a learning curve. Thanks to many of you, I "found " fixes. Thank you for that.

I do have a couple of things I need some help with though. What is the best approach to adding Netflix? For navigation, Google Maps works perfect but is wicked loud compared to the stereo volume when in voices over. Anyone have a fix? For Waze, I get audio beeps but no voice. Fix available?

    Thanks in advance!
