    My wife perfected my throw together turkey chili. Nothing special, I do use rotelle vs stewed tomatoes. And got some homemade hot sauce from a friend. Goes good with that coconut bread though.

    My wife has been cooking with coconut flour since we got married - January lol

    That being said, it took me awhile to get used to it - Coconut bread is pretty dense compared to the bread we are used to. It is not as fluffy.

    Shes made cupcakes, bananut bread, bread, cookies, pancakes, etc with coconut flour. Its really good, you just have to get used to the density of the bread.
