Tacoma World used to have that problem in the Gen 3 Tacoma section. Seems of late they've banned members and cleaned the place up to make it happier, though.

I’m a little late to this party, but I seriously dislike that thing. I’m usually pretty open minded with redesigns, but that thing looks really bad. It looks like a crossover or minivan from the front. No thanks.

I can’t think of an Italian auto brand known for quality and longevity.

Italians are great with style. Suck at engineering.

Holy cow as of now 20 of 43 respondents have had problems! What a disaster!

That really sucks for those guys. Well, it's not too late to cut their losses and trade in for a Tundra. The worst I've had to deal with is the rare false "BRAKE!" alert coming from my radar, and that happens so infrequently I have had to write a reminder to myself to mention it on my upcoming 5000 service.

I am also one of the odd ones who prefer the cloth over leather.

Personally, I don't think it's a bad looking truck but it does have a lot of whizzy bangs and whatnot's to break. All will be expensive to repair.

That infotainment system may be stylish and very Tesla like but it's also not replaceable by anyone other than a dealer. I'd bet that thing has a price tag of over $4k and it wouldn't surprise me at all if it was well over $5k. No thanks.

Didn't realize the Taco Gen 3 had that many issues to complain about... Interesting

My limited says leather, but it feels like a hybrid of some sort. Steering wheel for sure

The first year or two of the Gen 3 had a lot of people screaming, specifically the choppy, insane transmissions, engine with no torque until 4600 RPM's, weeping rear differentials, differentials that "howled", rumble strip effect while braking, etc. Seems most of the folks that were unhappy sold them off. I can only assume the people still buying them are making an informed decision, as the trucks haven't changed at all.

I agree on some things but most i don't. In fact if i get a truck with a lot of the bs i don't want I'll find a way to rip it out.

Yes, it says leather, but it is a processed product that contains leather. Real leather like in a Rolls Royce is nice, but that's not what you get when you check the $1000 leather option in our trucks and mid_class cars
