    @Not-required Thanks.

    These are the led's I purchased https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ECTQNF6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I taped it to the slots on the grill and it fits perfect. I used the high strength 3M so it should be fine. I didn't want to do any permanent mounting. Tucked the wired behind the grill, soldered all connections and used some posi-taps to my Platinums DRL harness. The purple wire is a park light signal.

Also installed some TRD PRO housings I got from @1UPPER

This is where I tapped for the park light signal

Awesome thanks. How do they match the amber color of the turn signals?

They are a little darker but it doesn't bother me.

Here is a shot from the backside. You can see how they are mounted and how I did the wiring.

Where did you order your skid plates from? Not a fan of my stock one and looking at different options. Right now I get some rub on mine at full lock. I like how clean yours looks.

@BlueBottle , very very very nice rig man. Ironically, I just purchased a new '17 Platinum in MGM last week. I have already installed the color matched handles and mirror caps, and am installing the TRD rear sway bar today. My TRD pro grille should be here by tomorrow, along with the new ESP long box (thanks Earl). I am patiently waiting for my new
'18 LED head lamp housings and LED fog lamps. I hope you don't mind, but I am copying your truck somewhat. You know the old saying, if you can't beat them join them :) Did you order all of your interior LED's from VLEDS?

    All good @paulphilly
That's what his information here is for to help anyone out.

My interior bulbs are a mixture of superbrightled and vled. I prefer vled over sbl anyday of the week. Btw vled has a Labor Day sale! Scoop em up now.

If anyone is interested in my Morimoto XB LED fogs lmk, they will be off the truck soon.

Installed my '18 Headlamps thanks to @thomasbus337 's figuring out the harness for us & @Roman for providing the headlights wish super quick shipping!
I am running these currently with Morimoto XB fogs.
I was running stock headlights with Philips LED bulbs right before this. The Philips LED bulb might actually be brighter than the '18 headlights but the '18 headlights focus/control the light much better. I have had HID Retrofits in previous vehicles and this does not compare with light output. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say stock halogen headlights are a 3, Philips LED is a 5, '18 LED Headlight is a 7 and HID Retro in a projector is a 9.

The Look when they are off is very nice. The LED DRL/park light strip is really nice. Overall happy with the purchase but don't expect this setup to be as bright as an HID Retro Projector. That pretty much sums it up!

Thanks - I used my sony camera on full manual to try to depict how it looks in my eyes. Also keeps it consistent between the shots.

@BlueBottle you said your old LED bulbs were a huge upgrade to your stock 16 lights. What size bulbs are these 18's running? And do you think a buld upgrade would be worth a shot here for even better output?

The 18's dont use a bulb. The entire assembly has the LED's built in so you can't replace it. You are stuck with it.

Oh wow i had no idea. Still don't get why they didn't just use a projector. It's very odd to me.

So Blue, feels weird knowing ur name but calling u blue lol. Guessing if u wanted all ur info out there it'd be posted, so again no worries on me revealing any info on ya. U don't have to worry about the fb guys showing up on ur doorstep begging for a harness lol. To my point, my question for u is this, having had a retro in past and considering the cost between the 18 led and a good retro, if u could get a good retro for around the same cost as the 18 leds which way would u go now that you've had a chance to experience both in action. Not that I want to get into a housing on a retro anymore than once to fix something wrong I'm guessing it's at least nice go have that option. What happens if there's a issue with 1 of these? Whole new housing and all? Taking output, cost, and ability/cost to repair an issue help me make up my mind on retro or 18 led? As always tnx in advance, and just fyi I'm sure u already got my sarcasm about sending me a harness since we've helped eachother a time or 2. In case u didn't I'm obviously not even sure on my lighting upgrade route yet so don't waste ur time sending n money sending me anything, just yet that is.

Retro Performance outshines OEM LED's any day of the week. You have to look at the long term and reliability. OEM headlights will last forever and Retro even when done very well will not stand to the same reliability. Its just what it is. So to answer your question, do you care about longevity and reliability? I think you do because you bought a Toyota =)
