Planning to do the anytime fog mod this weekend hopefully....Did you reference a DIY? If so, which was most helpful?

These pics helped me. I pointed to the actual wires you need. To sum it up you have to Depin or cut them and connect the wires together(harness side) with a 12” jumper wire. If you do decide to cut it, be careful as the wires are really thin and hard to strip. Need some good small strippers. I cut and soldered it because I couldn’t Depin it. You need a really thin tool to Depin it. If you can Depin it that would be best.

Glad I wasn't the only one that struggled with the de-pin. I too cut mine, easy enough to fix if I need to. BTW, I need a little help with the Bully Dog install when you've got time for a couple of questions.

yeah man.. shoot me a pm or text.. If its too complicated for that I can help u on the phone tomorrow evening or sometime in the weekend. but to give you a synopsis, you need to attach it to your laptop and update the firmware on your bd before taking it to your truck. once it is updated from your pc/laptop, then you can plug it in to your truck and its all easy from there.

I'm working my way through your master list of mods and my wallet lol. I did the amber marker light mod and @TundraTex FRAC install and I'm a huge fan of both. I'm a little disappointed the marker lights don't come on during the day in auto mode on the light stalk. Is there a work around this or is this something the "anytime fog" mod you've done will take care of?(When I get to it). Thanks again. IMG_0073.jpg

LoL sorry about your wallet. It’s all worth it trust me! If you want it to work just like your DRL then you can tap it into the red wire instead of the purple. Only issue with that is it won’t come on at night. Only in day drl mode. I would advice against that since these aren’t bright enough to be really seen in the day anyway.
