    JStorm,

I will await your install. I have been on the fence about the door and dash speaker group buy as I feel it is abovemy skill set to install.

Got the amp and harness in, on Friday.
Just took off the cover on the stock amp rack. Going over the wiring now. I'll keep y'all up to date.

I dont have an iphone, so the controller isnt needed. And its the older wide iphone jack, so I'll use the little remote.

And yes, this is all from a stock system. Glad the OP replied with more info.

Just to remind you get a multimeter and check polarity on speakers wires coming out from unit, I remember on my SR5 it didn’t match info from forums, different colors. The easy way to do it is get the 2 speakers wires from passenger door (from harness)a AA battery connect battery and watch direction of speaker movement, it has to be forward on the right polarity. Test power on each radio output wires connecting door speaker selecting on radio the output (LF, all way front and left on radio screen.audio /sound/options) so you verity each speaker then check polarity on multimeter radio on check for the (-) on readings, mark them with blue tape and insulate the at same time, once all identified proceed to weld them, on power I think the info was good from forum.https://www.tundras.com/threads/amp-wiring-harness-w-pin-out-color-code.15278/

Sorry, I haven't had time to mess it with it more. Prepping my house for sale.
Ensuring the wires all match is tedious and I need time to do it right.

Sorry to keep y'all on hold.
I got the amp harness wired and installed.
Sound is better, with a definite boost in base on the stock speakers. No sub...
But, it's more forward (in the doors) so I'm trying to configure it, to even things out.
I had a buddy (audio guy) look at the amp to see if I could hook up a small tube or box in the rear can. He didn't advise it, as it's not really designed to push much more than 4 inch speakers.

So that's it. Yes, a minor upgrade, but probably not worth the hassle.
