    Yep make sure to use the correct tap.OP it’s pretty simple really go to harbor frieght get a tap set and some drill bits get your measurements drill a little then use the correct size tap to re thread the hole.

    I see @KB Voodoo already answered up. I have their no-drill clips that mount to the underside of the lips on either side.
    Yeah let Corporate know the dealership tried puting it on Toyota. Depending on whether you already left a review on the customer survey Toyota sends out, you can address it that way; negative reviews cost Toyota dealers hundreds of dollars per unit sold, Corporate's way of holding individual dealers to customer service standards.

    I dunno how they are on the service side but a bunch of guys on here swear that Longo up in Riverside is worth the drive for purchases. So you definitely can tell your dealership you'll never be back, after this.
