Truth. Don’t even have another iron remover on the shelf. Can’t say that about many other products.

 

Just checked Old Red yesterday. She’s due for a decon.

 

True. Shine Supply is the only one I’ve tried that’s been close. Less offensive smell, though I think IronX is more effective. Nothing else in the ballpark though. Maybe when I do the red Tundra I’ll try SS first, then go back over it with IronX. It’d be a good opportunity to test it.

 

I think tire cleaner and soap are the only other ones I don’t use different brands of.

What’s awesome about Decon is sending the pic to whomever vehicle it is to have proof that even if they think it’s clean it’s not. People don’t understand contaminated paint because it’s not in their face.

 

I need to get the new formula to make sure it’s still as good.

I’m going to pickup some trd pro wheels I found on cl today. The wheels have 10 miles on them. I was thinking of applying dlux on them before we install. Anyone have any experience on how it holds up and the ease of application?

 

I’ve not used Dlux on wheels, but have heard great reports on it. Pretty easy to apply, especially on clean, uninstalled wheels. @briarpatch has had success with McKees wheel coating also.

The only real coating I’ve used on wheels is Shine Supply Beadlock. I didn’t see a ton of difference long term.

 

I ordered some more bottles from Griots on Sunday. They actually shipped on Monday and show to be arriving tomorrow. Maybe they read my post bitching about the 5 days it took them to ship last time. (As previously reported, I’m a big time internet influencer so they definitely follow my posts and want to make me happy.)

 

Foamed and pressure washed it earlier. Was supposed to be a quick wash Still had to go over with ech20 after to remove the pollen. And the rest looks like shit, oh well. Hopefully soon. I can get some time to decon, correct and cquartz it

Stained from the salt over winter. Need a good scrub and lots dressing

 

Need a recommendation. I need a product that will get rid of rust but not hurt the paint. Any suggestions would be awesome.
