Is there a certain price point you have? Or a certain distance you want to be able to see? Do you want to use the push button feature on the light itself or use a pressure pad to activate it? There are a lot of options for your request.

    This came in today

    I ordered last week

I paid way to much for it. More than I ever thought I would but I never thought the shortages would be this bad

at least I can get a little trigger time and not dig into my small stash of federal

Admittedly, I have been pretty prudent and lucky. I have purchased 4,300 rounds of 9mm over the past 4 months and have not paid more than .26/round for brass not aluminum or steel. Mostly Federal, Remington, Winchester, and Blazer. It can be hard to find it now but I am still finding it a couple times per week still. I am stocked up now and not actively buying anymore.

Go to Academy Sports when they open if you need some. They put out ammo daily. Limited to 3 boxes and have 9mm pretty much daily. They are still selling for $11.99 or .24/round. This past Thursday I bought a 500 pack or Winchester for $99 or 19.8/round. I just happen to be there picking up a pair of shoes, walked back to the gun counter and a guy was putting out some more mid afternoon. Had a whole cart full of it.

Bass Pro - They do not put out ammo on any schedule like others. It is completely random when they put out ammo. Only as it comes off the truck that is delivered. I have bought a ton of CCI Blazer and Federal for $10.99 and $11.99 per box. I have bought 1,500 rounds there over the past couple months for $10.99 a box. Now they are limiting to 5 boxes of 9mm, .223, 5.56. No limits on any other ammo. Also bought 1,000 rounds last week of CCI .22 for 5.6/round. 1/4 the price of any inline retailer.

Rural King - Ours puts out ammo almost every night right before they close. If you get there around 8 to 9, you can find 9mm. It is still $11.99 a box so a decent deal. Bought about 600 rounds from them.

sigsauer.com - They have had defensive ammo in stock w wry day for the past month if you need some. They have not gone up any. Use to be more exepensive, but now they are priced very well. They give bulk order discounts. Only time I paid over .24/round but I wanted to try their ammo. Their Elite Performance 9mm 115gr. is $16.99/box. Buy 10 or more and they give 10% discount with free shipping and no sales tax. I ordered 500 rounds 3 weeks ago and delivered it was $153 delivered to more door in 3 days.

Every online retailer is out of control right now with their pricing. Local Gun Shops are also $30+ per box if they even have any.

Smoky Mountain Guns and Ammo gets a lot of ammo in. Attached are pictures and pricing from last week for steel when I was up there buying my TX22. They got in about 50k rounds of each caliber and it was flying out of there!!! I enjoyed sitting back and watching it.

I have none of those readily near me. Sure I can get to bass pro or academy after an hour plus drive one way that I have to plan out due to work.

it’s no one fault but mine. I got on board a little late but I was working on taking care of some other things in life at the time.

My Cousin called me last week and told me he had just gotten 200 rounds of 5.56 for $300 and asked if he got screwed or not!

I told him I would happily sell him more for that price if he "needed" it but then within 5 minutes I had found him some for about 1/3rd of that price too.

All I know for sure is that I am happy that I have some sitting here already!

Dang you have been stocking up nicely. I have not not really been looking for 9 or 45 since I have a few K of each and have components to reload a few K as well. I have found a few boxes of hollow points that I grabbed. since getting a 357 revolver a month ago, I have been able to get 400 rounds of 38 and some 38 defense rounds at normal price. Have not found any 357, but I only stop by an Academy once a week or so.

You know it. Been stocking in rounds since the late 80's at way low prices of yesterday. If that makes me a hoarder, than so be it. I'd rather have it and not need it.....than need it and not have it.........especially at yesteryear prices.;)

Question: Purchased some double ought buck 12 gauge two years ago and didn't use it all at the range. How long will it last?

Plus all those thousand or rounds you guys post? DO bullets last longer??

As long as it’s dry. It can sit for years. Military has lots of ammo that are twenty years old and it works with no issues.

I deal with this everyday I work at the range. Thank God it's part time. The locals have it and the bay area is desperate for it. I didn't think anyone in the bay area even believed in firearms. Defensive ammo is GONE. Ball is about. 5.56 is hit and miss. 12G is gone. We don't see this getting better anytime soon.

    I'm good on ammo.
No way I'd pay the current prices for anything.
I stocked up when it was cheap..
