Actuator Replaced Now Door Won't Open

    Woohoo, got it with a homemade jimmy and help from a friend. I'm attaching photos of yard stick we used and the approximate angle. I did roll the window down about an inch and used a plastic clip removing tool to pry between the outside and the window to give me a little slack to play with. Thanks for all of the help here, it was awesome.

    2012 Tundra crew cab
    I had the same problem on the rear driver side door of my crew cab. I forgot to hook up the rod that connects to the actuator after replacing it. The solution is to cut the external door handle off. That will give you very easy access to the actuator lever. I used a rod I got from a door unlock kit to reach in and push the actuator lever down. And just to give credit where credit is due, the idea to do that came from a locksmith I hired to try to pop the lock.
    The door handle cost me $23 including shipping.
