Wow, six months is quite a ways off though unless the truck was just an extra vehicle. Glad the OP now doesn't have to worry about it being fixed right.

Yeah I don;t think the insurance company will give me a rental that long, lol. I am going to have to settle on some options I am sure, which stinks. Can;t wait forever

Buy a beater with a heater. Resell when your new truck arrives.

I would definitely wait for 19’ to see what is offered.

Glad to hear that your saga is coming to an end. If you want the 19" pro then it looks like you're going to have to wait until fall (late September), and I highly doubt that you'll get a rental for that long.
What I'd do is buy a common used car and drive it until then.

I don’t know why it took so long to get a final quote to you.

My wife wreched her 14’ Tacoma on a Friday, purchased a Subaru XV on Saturday, the call came Tuesday that it was totaled and the amount we would be getting.

They weren't going to total it until it was realized how long it would take to get the frame in.

My FIL works at the dealer, so to get the best deal, I don't think trying to get a 19 will work. Especially a Pro. They wouldn't give me a deal on a 17 Pro....

You won’t get a deal on a PRO. They sell themselves. :D

Exactly. I don't really want to drag out payments much longer either. Sucks bad enough I have to reset the clock on a loan as is!

I’m sure that sucks man. I just had to dish out 23k unexpectedly two weeks ago for something very similar.
