4x4 or no 4x4 please help!

    I've had to pull 2wd with locker many times.

    Its not the same as 4wd, not even close

    I ran the Mojave Rd in my '88 4Rnr with the BasTRDs. Never once put it in 4wd. I do have a Spartan locker tho. IMG_2790.jpg

    Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
    I would go with 4wd. I had a 2WD 4runner and was always worried about getting stuck in it. Give yourself some piece of mind and get a 4WD. Also, the resale value of 4WD trucks is disproportionately better, especially once the truck is slightly worn out (10+ years old, scratches, dents, high mileage).

    I have never been stuck in a 4WD, but have been stuck twice in a 2WD.
