Today I had a chance to get the secondary air injection pump intakes relocated. The parts I used were (2) -10an flare to 5/8" hose barb adapters, (2) 90 Degree -10 AN Swivel Female to barb 5/8" Push on Lock Hose End, (2) S&B Filter Breathers 26-1518JR, and 10 feet of fuel or heater hose.

First step is to remove the pump brackets in order to remove the stock breather tubes.
    PXL_20231215_174815874.PORTRAIT.jpg

Second step is to sleeve the barbed adapter with just enough hose to cover the barbed section and then place it in the pump intakes.

    PXL_20231215_175021117.PORTRAIT.jpg
    PXL_20231215_175126360.PORTRAIT.jpg

Third step is to re attach the pumps and bracket to the truck.
    PXL_20231215_175634733.PORTRAIT.jpg

Fourth step is to attach the fuel or heater hose to the 90* barb fitting and thread it onto the threaded portion you just placed in the pumps.

    PXL_20231215_191001380.PORTRAIT.jpg

Final step is to route the hoses into the engine bay and put the filters on. Make sure all connections are tight and secure the hoses. Make sure they do not interfere with any belts, pulleys or other moving parts.

It's also worth noting that the air intake will need to be relocated into the engine bay or use something like a snorkel. I have a Dobinson snorkel so we are covered for our air intake.

Thanks man! Thanks for the info on the parts needed. Definitely got me headed in the right direction. And I got it done for way less than the kits that are available.

I got my bumper put on again today. We took an inch and a half out of the wings to match the fenders.

Did you add any supports behind the cut fenders to regain structural integrity? I cut the fenders on a few different rock crawlers over the years, but they lost all integrity when I did

I didn't have to add any bracing to the fenders or bedsides. They are pretty solid as is.

Wow! Makes my 37s look small. What offset are those wheels? 10mm? Seem to be a perfect fit

I'm running some 0 offset methods on 40's. I still need to get the firewall tubbed to not rub off-road, but they fit surprisingly well. I'll update the thread when I finally get that portion of the clearancing done.

Awesome! Look forward to the update. Any issues with other suspension components? Tie rods, cv, steering rack etc?

That's going to depend on use case. Folks who I know that wheel hard like myself have seen broken racks, and axles etc.

Nothing serious yet, things wear out quicker but nothing unmanageable. A lot of breaking front drivetrain and steering parts is throttle control. With some control and being aware of what you're doing you can avoid most damage. I'm sure I'll break something now that I've said that but it's been my luck so far.
