I wouldn’t drive that thing around the block until the timing belt is changed. We had one break on a Subaru because of a cheap shitty idler pulley. Belt goes, motor is trashed.

I saw this earlier and thought of you. Multiple people in this post said their timing belts broke on non VVTI 4.7 and their engine was fine. There were more people that didn't fit in the screenshot. It doesn't seem like it's a guarantee that your engine will be toast. I still wouldn't risk it though.

At low RPM, maybe its possible. Needless to say, it's an interference engine.

Your chances are slim, at best, of snapping that belt and not bricking your engine. People win the lottery daily. Anyone getting by without should probably buy a lottery ticket.

    Byron,
Are you still running on the original timing belt?

    You mean power loss intake

Dyno results of the K&N system against the stock filter on the 2UZ-FE for two separate YouTubers proved the K&N system not only provided less power across a fairly wide range, but also did an inferior job of filtering out particulate. It's been quite some time since anyone linked up the videos, but they're out there.
