It would look like this. First pic is 2” level and the second is 3” spacer (plus 1” block in back not shown). I only know this because my dealership had the wrong lift installed the first time so I took it back.

There are more leveling options than the top spacers. You can also have in-strut spacers, which will look a little different. From your photos it does not look like you have that either. The third option is diffent than OEM shock and/spring setup to give you a lift or leveling.

I know the 3"/1" is popular, but does anyone have a 5100s middle setting with a 1" shackle in the rear set up on a Crewmax? Pictures please.
I want to do this set up, but I want to see what it looks like first. I haul a lot of wood and tools in the bed and don't want the rear end to sag when loaded.
(I'm new on here so any guidance helps)
    Thanks,
    T

Can’t help you with the middle setting but here is 5100’s on the top setting with 1” ToyTech shackles. I have exactly 1” of rake and when I tow my 14’ enclosed trailer or boat, the truck sits perfectly level. 7B7A9515-55AD-4886-A53C-166A59B3062C.jpg

I just installed Fox 2.5 w/ dsc front and rear. Front set at 2" lift out of box according to Fox. My truck sits 1" taller than rear now. So now wondering if I should do rear shackles to level or have slight rake or wait a bit to see if suspension settles. Fox recommended getting alignment then see how it sits after. I will say trying to adjust the coils is tough. With coilover on or off truck I can't get collar to spin. Tried with punch and with fox spanner wrench.

If you backed out the set screw and it won't budge, you may need to compress the spring.
