Looks great! That’s exactly the tire size I’m looking to go with on my 2021 trd sport premium, but with bilstein 6112s at 1.9”. Hoping the shop can squeeze on some open country at3s or wrangler duratracs.

blacked out badges, 275/65r20 BFG K02's on stock suspension.
New here. Thanks to this thread I just got 275/65r20 BFG K02's installed. 2021 SR5 TRD Sport with stock suspension. No rubbing at all, as far as I can tell. After reading through just about everything, I feel like they fixed a lot of the rubbing issues with this model? Hopefully the Bilstein 6112's are next. Just want a little less rake.

Looks good, did you notice much power loss with the new tires?

Thanks. I did notice a little, but nothing crazy.

How are you liking your tires now that you have had them for a while. I have the identical truck (2021 TRD Sport) and want to keep the stock suspension but add larger tires. Now that you have had them for a while have you noticed any rubbing? Hows the ride on the Ko2's? and MPG?

    Thanks,

    Budge

    I've had 285/55/20 KOs (stock) and then 275/60/20 KO2s.
The KOs were stiff, the KO2s were better but still firm.
They both got pretty noisy as the tread wore.

I'm now running an SL-rated tire and it's a better ride.
    I don't tow so I really don't need an E or D rated tire.
My truck has gotten 14 MPG since the day I bought it.

What SL rated tire are you using? What size? Do you recommend them? I am on pavement 95% of the time and only tow our pop up trailer (3500 lbs) 20+/- days each year. In the winter I have dedicated snow tires.

    Thanks,

A few months ago I went into Discount Tire to purchase Cooper AT3 XLTs another E rated tire.
I had been researching tires for months.
Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT | Discount Tire

After talking with the salesman he suggested DTs Goodyear Wrangler UltraTerrain ATs.
Goodyear Wrangler UltraTerrain AT | Discount Tire

I had 30 days if I didn't like them I could come back and get the Coopers.
As a friend of mine once stated "What have you got to lose?'.

I've been really happy with the Goodyear tires even though I was never a fan of them.
Better wet traction than the KO2s.
They run quietly and are wearing nicely.
Although when you go into bigger sizes on the Goodyears the rating gets higher, I guess as with any tire.
The 275/65/20 Goodyear, as discussed in the thread, would have an E rating.

I thought about that size but seeing the tires side by side, the 275/65/20 looked too tall and thin for me.
