I did not catch of they had said in the video what offset the wheels were. Westcot designs fit 37 on the 22 chech youtube.

I believe he said in the comments on that video that they're 0 offset.

Correct, 0 offset and just a tad too much poke for my taste. I’ll probably look for something around +18. Then again, i won’t be going with 37’s. I’m thinking 34-35” 11.50-12.50 max

    100% agree. I'm thinking 18x9 with +18 offset and 305s. I'm eyeing the Method 316's right now.

Nah, the 37s look great! It took a lot of cutting to make those fit on a 2nd gen, but it appears to be easy on the new ones. I'm wondering if you run into that gratuitous steel nob, swaybar, or something else if you run an offset that is more tucked in? In the other video (Berge) the guy said 35s would hit that nob, but he didn't say what offset he was using. 20" Fuel Rebel could be either +20 or +1 it looks like. Hard for me to believe a +20 35 hits it, but a 0 37 doesn't. I'd have no qualms about hacking off that nob, but if you want to keep your swaybar that might be an issue. If I had one I'd lose the swaybar and get better shocks...

Damn shame Toyota didn't spec the '22 with higher ratio diffs, so you could run 37s and still have a low 1st gear.

Also... it looks like if you want to to make a thread about the '22 you should put that in the title. Putting it in the '22 forum doesn't do it, since most people just click on "new posts".

Does anyone know how heavy the stock SR5 TRD OR 18” wheels are?

…The one with the machined lip?

^First and only video or feedback I have heard that says 35's don't fit.

There are probably half a dozen photos/posts on the 22 tundra owners facebook group that show these trunks with leveling kits on 35's. I'm rolling the dice and just placed an order for a set of methods with 35 x 12.5's and a rough country leveling kit. Hopefully ill be able to report back in a couple weeks letting you all know if it worked or not but I'm 90% sure it will at this point.

Oh those are perfect…275/70/18 +18 Fuel if I recall correctly?

I have +25 Methods 304 on my 2015 and they stick out a tad more than this (with a Bilstein 5100 level kit) so this works perfectly at +18

    Hmm...I wonder why a +25 would stick out more than a +18

Just found this on facebook. 4x2 TRD OR on 35's. Looks like they had to remove front mud flap.

    Man…that’s one tough looking truck.

Not sure if it’s the photo angles but it looks way up there

    Rim offset?

Pretty much everytime a vehicle has a major makeover, a lot of people hate it... especially if the old one wasn't ugly. Trucks gotta look tough and manly, and they achieved that... it also looks "modern" and better than the competition IMO. I'll always bitch about the tall and long hoods on all trucks, but that is about function, not styling.

    No arguments here…I like it.

I must admit I am already grumbling about a few things that I will lose going from a 2015 base SR5 TRD OR to a 2022 base SR5 TRD OR…like my 4 way power driver seat and rear seat pull down handrest with the cup holders.

…but they aren’t dealbreakers for me as much other items I am looking forward to having.

now if the weather would just let up around here I can take delivery of my truck which is sitting at the rail yard and can’t get to the dealer just yet.

That’s roughly about $10K over what a base 4x4 OR costs?

…factor in the lift, wheels/tires, side steps, color match side mirror package, etc…May not be too much of a stretch :notsure:

Yes…in this video here he introduced the young lady and talked about going down from 37s to 35s to avoid rubbing in a true off-road setting.

Those appear to be Fuel Rebel 6 20x9 and they come in 0 and +20 offset.

Do the 2022's share the +60 offset of the prior gen?

got confirmation they are working on a set for us. Not sure which model but the planned specs are 17x9 et25. This is great news as they make the best value in lightweight wheels. Almost as light as volk for waaay less $. I anticipate the weight will be somewhere around 20lbs.
