They are all faster than my old manual Taco. I think the Tremor could tow it to 60 faster than it could go under its own power.

    I agree.

Sometimes it's amusing to engage because I know one person's reply will always follow the exact same "reject reality and substitute my own" pattern.

The whole idea of drag racing or seeing whos truck is faster, by .25 seconds or whatever is so immature IMO. Unless you get a sport truck like the old Lightning or the sleeper F150, I don't see the appeal. Its a truck with 4wd meant to haul/tow do truck things, it wont be fast compared to cars that actually are built for speed

Just tossing this in here, Rav4 Prime...

The Prime tips the scales at a portly 4400 pounds, 579 more than the hybrid. At the test track, however, the additional weight was no match for the added thrust of the Prime's powertrain. The Prime blasts to 60 mph in just 5.4 seconds and crosses the quarter-mile in 14.0 seconds at 100 mph.

Also, if you go to the The Hull Truth forums, you can read how the Rav4 is one of the top tow vehicles made

Had a RAM start revving and being a general badass while passing in heavy downtown traffic. I just ignore the simps.

Found a 24 raptor in avalanche for $5200 off msrp. Its base except pano roof and bed liner. Put a feeler and got a stock secured line of credit to buy at a good rate.

Anyone have the 24 801a? How are the seats?

I’ve been searching for a 22-23 with the blue recaros but its either high mileage or over $80k

I have 24 801a, love the seats. Like I mentioned before, the Recaro's are too narrow for my upper back so I find them uncomfortable for longer drives. They are obviously more desirable, but I didn't want them after having them on my '21 37PP.

Good to know. Surprisingly the 801a is friggin well equipped. Like the partitioned storage and pro power is standard.

Yup, my 801a is better equipped than my 802a was from '23 with lower base price by about $4,000. 24 has carbon fiber, propower, partition, HUD, and a bunch of stuff standard.

It's funny though. You read the comments on Youtube and other sites about the 2024 Tacoma, and there are SOOOOO many people that are like, "efff that, I'm buying a Frontier". Between the price on the new taco and the 2.4L turbo, people are jumping ship.

So I think we will see a pretty decent uptick in Frontier sales.

No, the Tacoma is absolutely in outer space. Its not even on the same level as anything else.

Ohh I gotta chime in on the Taco pricing ! This thing was just out of wash bay when I pulled up to get the new ride today . Sticker price ,, $83,000.00 cdn + tax . Wth ? It’s a nice ride but my gawd man !

note: arb did a nice job with protection ! That rear steel bumper is substantial and even some extra protection for the sensors . The Fox dampers on the rear bump stops were eye catching for me . Never sent that on a stock taco . Adjustable shocks in the seats , blah blah it’s built like a fire road rebel ! Or in my neck of the woods ,, a nice rig for poachin bahahaha !!
