Dealer adjusted it to ~43mm. I feel the it is pretty loose, comfort mode is horrible.

Adjusted back to 30~35 mm, well cap is 37 3/8 high with factory wheel/tires. I am happy with it ever since then. Under 30mm, I felt bottom out and the ride is stiff like I am driving a racing car.

So I have had mixed messages regarding a lift on 3rd gen tundras.

I've had some people tell me preload collars is better for ride quality, and I've had some people tell my spacer is better for ride quality. I've also had someone tell me, that for what I'm doing (just daily driving) that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two.

I'm stuck. I have an AVS 2023 and I like the way readylift approached the rear lift, but they use a spacer for the front. Westcott uses a preload collar for the front, but they use arms that trick the sensor to put more air in the bags in the rear.

Readylift provides shock extenders. Westcott does not.

    HELP!

I ditched the preload collar style and went to a spacer lift. Did this for more lift and wanting even taller tires in the future. But can't believe how much better it rides, on pavement and off. The avs seems to respond much better to adjustments as well. I beleive the preload style puts too much pressure on springs to really allow avs to work as intended. Longer arms in the back essentially over fill the bags and make the ride stiffer there as well.

On conventional suspension I'd avoid spacer lifts. With air/avs the opposite is true. With the preload setup I also ran into issues with 35s rubbing the top of fender arches on compression. Now I get a nice 1/2" gap when compressed. Hopefully this helps

Does anyone else have this weird "wrap" or whatever it is on their 1794?

Ha ok. I just didn't notice it until now, like a month later. I had a 2022 and it didn't have it, but it was black.

I have an unused 3" readylift kit for way cheaper than retail if anyone is interested. I going with 2" instead.

Make a post in the for sale section rather than digging up old threads if your trying to sell something

    Perhaps it’s a Blueprint thing?

Saw a listing for a Platinum at my dealer. And under the list of features, it said…
“Gloss-black-painted A-pillar except on Midnight Black Metallic and Blueprint.“
