My Toyota Dealer will NOT give me a "quote" on any Tundra, unless I come into the Dealership. No price quotes, over the phone, or my email, or text. I only have ONE Toyota Dealer in my County.

Got 4000 off sticker doing it myself.
Also better tires, cover and steps added to the deal

I have purchased 2 new Tundra Crews and leased one in the past 3 years and 12% is where they end the discount of MSRP. I have began at 20% and 15% and talked for an hour and even walked out and called back days later and the best I can get is 12%.
Seems like where there is little reason for the dealer to sell past 12%.
I troll this site and leasehacker too and have never seen anyone get more than 12% unless it is a demo with miles.

It helps to leave your market and let them know where you are from, dealer seems to like to steal deals they would usually never have a crack at.

The Costco discount in Indiana was $1,650 off invoice. Depending on sticker it ends up being around $5k off sticker before the current incentives.

I had looked into using the Costco program also, but was able to get a better deal working directly with various dealers.

Thank you for your help. Has anyone succeeded in getting a Tundra in Tx at 12% off before incentives? I’ve talked to over a dozen and none have gone above 10%. Most are hovering at 9.5% off.

Yes, the rebate (s) are above and beyond the 12% discount off of MSRP.

My local dealer isn't budging much at the moment. Only offering a dealer discount of $1,000 off MSRP.

I also don't have the "benefit" of going to other dealers either (in Alaska)....granted I do have the benefit of no sales tax.

    Current offer in hand:

    - 2020 SR5 Double Cab
    - TRD Off-Road Package
    - SR5 Upgrade Packages
    - Spray on Bedliner

    MSRP: $45,628
    Dealer Discount: $1,000
    Doc Fee: $199
    DMV: $280

    OTD: $45,107
    Toyota Financing: 1.9% @ 60 months....or....$2,000 rebate

Edmunds, KBB & NADA are all $43,000 BEFORE Toyota's $2,000 rebate.

I have enjoyed my experience with Costco purchasing. I was willing to pay a little more to not be bothered with all the associated car buying BS and the program didn’t disappoint. Walked in and drove out with very little hassle. Your mileage may vary.
