I was about to comment about that parking brake lol, it got me too!!! I was confused why it wasn't going bright. I think there's also a sequence you can do with the parking brake where the DRL's will not illuminate at all!!! I was freaking out lol, they were completely off once, but I think you have to engage the brake, shut the car off, start the car, shut it off, and when you start it again it stays off, or something like that lol. It was that same trick you could do with the SR5's and those annoying amber DRL's to get them to stay off when you're idling with the car in park.

I'm tired of looking at these 18' h/l boxes collect dust :) but I'm way too lazy to make a harness. Someone hurry the beep up and make some :) <3

Anyone notice the delay when you turn off your headlamps? My passenger side takes about a second slower to shut off....

Forgive me if I missed it, but with buying the 2018 tundra headlights, the only bulbs needed will be the turn signal correct? The DRL’s and Hi/Low is part of the assembly?

The 2018 headlight assemblies come with the bulbs for the side marker and turn signal.

For someone coming from retros, how do you feel with the led lights compared to them and stock lights? I don't think they are as bright as retros. Why did you swap over? Will you retros be for sale?

Well, light output is about 50% compared to my D2S 4.0 HID projectors, did first drive last night and the first impression was "wait wait do I have my headlights turned ON?" :/ I felt like I was driving just with the LEDs in my retros, they seemed dull to me but that's because my eyes were used to the powerful HIDs, the Morimoto XB LEDs fogs help to compensate the big difference a little bit. I think the light output is improved from the original H4 bulbs about 30-40% so if you come from that you will notice the improvement, for now didn't decide yet if I will sell my retros, I always like to have spares at home ($1100+ spares ) , for now I will keep them (maybe decide to xchange them for TRD PRO headlights and money) but I'm not planning to go back the HID route I just prefer the simplicity and beauty on the OEM LED DRLs.

I love all LED (everything in my home and almost everything in my Tundra is LED) so that's why choose to go this way, I were really considering swapping the D2S 4.0 with the new M-LED projectors and that was the original plan I been waiting for the black Friday sale at TRS ;)

I have a few pics from last night first 2 pics are with fogs OFF the last one fogs ON (sorry for the last 2 pics I couldn't focus the camera and drive at the same time)
