    The gray wire has nothing to do with the brightness of the Amber bulb. It’s just a ground signal wire

    OK i just installed my harnes and did the repin. I am getting a fast blink turning signal at idle and when I turn on the headlights i hear the fast blink but the turning signals dont do anything. Any ideas??? I did not do the DRL wire cut.

    Ok, got my harness in and prepping for the install. I'm a little confused about the purpose of the DRL Delete Mod. What is this for and is it required for all trim models?

    You may have repined it wrong. DRL delete mod has nothing to do with fast blink.

    OK I got it fixed...just was looking at the turn signal re-pin from the wrong end.

    Does this only affect the SR, SR5 and Limited version or does the Platinum/1794 version also have to cut the grey wire?

    Big thanks to @eledobleu and @thomasbus337 ! Got the harness in this afternoon and did the install tonight. Now I just need the V6 Tritons and I'll be 100% LED all the way around.

    I'm looking at how-to modify the harness with a relay to turn the LED off when the blinker circuit is active... I know it will require a few runs from before the flasher, but can be done.

    I ordered my harness for my 17 Sr5 yesterday.

    Well this just happened. Wire came out of the low beam harness. How we can we rectify this? Im down 1 headlight now & cant finish the install. Doubt i can drive with 1 light on without blowing a fuse

    No crimping tools or remotely close to being electrically inclined. Thats why i bought the retro harness. Am i able to drive eith only 1 hamead light installed? I doubt it since everything is connected tothe moto relay

    My ground came off when I was installing I used a plier to put it back together with no iusse.

    Open up crimp with flathead screwdriver. Slide wire in and crimp. Pliers will crimp just fine. Should take you only a few minutes If you still can't get it, email me and i'll take care if it.
