Are they really blue? I notice they are 6000K....I haven't put on my LED headlamps yet, but you are saying it is pretty close?

I think there more white ish than blue. I'm pretty particular, and there are very close. If it was noticeably different I woulda yanked them out quick lol.

Man there's so much good info in this thread I'm starting to lose some of it. I know the stock DRL delete, but what does the turn signal pin swap do again?

Toyota changed the ground location on the pins this year so they need to be swapped in order for the bulb to operate correctly

Sry, just seeing this.... But yes what inferno said. Just swap the purple wire and white/blk wire and you're good to go!

You will have to add pins to the low side drl in the 8 pin harness since Leo doesn’t use and tap into the parking light wire along with adding a 5 pin relay

They are a sealed unit non serviceable led bulbs so when they go out the headlight assembly will need to be replaced

Ok so my lights & my harness are shipped. Just wanted to be clear here....on my 2014 platinum oem harness i would have to swap the directional & the ground wires in order for my directionals to work on the new 2018 lights correct? And i wont need to do the fuse tap for my platinum correct?

Wasnt expecting to do any wire swaps till i reread the install instruction. Thanks

Yes that's the only thing you have to do in your platinum in the turn signal socket move the white/black stripped wire from center which is pin #2 to the pin #1 in both driver and passenger side

Does this look right to you guy? It seen like the amber/turn signal light are brighter. I follow the step to repin it.

Did you do the drl delete inside ?
You gotta depin or cut the thin gray wire inside at the flasher relay.

Did your dash/nav dim after installing the headlights? Someone here mentioned that it happened to them. Im trying to figure out if that only happens if you dont cut the gray wire/do the drl delete.

Dash/Nav only dims when headlights are on. There may be some confusion with that but headlights wont effect the rest of the trucks lighting system.
