Attached the settings for reference. The gain levels I set at 50%, or vertical.

Glad I came across this thread as it'll save me some coin. I have a '16 Tundra CM with the non-JBL system. I found an open box Alpine KTP-445U but it doesn't include the harnesses that it originally came with. Would I even need those if I were to buy the harness at https://www.autoharnesshouse.com/41112.html

Ok, thanks. Disregard the PM I sent you BTW. How are you liking it since you installed the amp? Would the Alpine be good if paired with some aftermarket component door speakers? I've been out of the sound system game too long.

I have decent Polk speakers all around, Alpine power pack, and stock Non-JBL head unit. From jazz-fusion to death metal....fom Kool Keith to Sinatra, it all sounds amazing

Ok Just finished putting together the harness. Getting ready to go outside and plug it in. Kind of moment of truth. @CaptSpaulding and @Finch I will let you know how it goes Right after. Took a little while to solder it all together and then I used electrical tape. After that I added all the tags to it left, right front and rear all that jazz.

It works great nice sound. I turned gain all down. Front hpf 120mz rear hpf 120mz dip switches on 4 channel and spkr dip switch. Sounds so much better. W gain even a little I get some sort of shhhh static. But it sounds so much better over stock.
Thank you for all the help !

Awesome! I assume it gave you a little more bass from the stock speakers? I'm probably going to order everything here soon.

Thank you for all the help!

I had to turn on dip switches for 120 MHz too much base.

But tested both. Cleaner sound from alpine. Oem amp muffled the base and mids

Alpine gives me cleaner sound w oem speakers

Nice! So you just mounted on top of your existing amp? I like that idea. Also, the connector that you ordered...is that it at the top of the middle pic? That's the only other thing you had to order besides the amp, right?

Yes use post #11 for all details.
Download and print both images and the text file.
Use pin numbers to make it easier to identify wires.
Most colors will match the Amazon adapter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BSEGCQW
Here is the Alpine Amp I purchased
    https://www.amazon.com/Alpine-KTP-445U-4-channel-Power-Amplifier/dp/B003VVYL46/

Also yes I decided to mount it on top of my old amp shroud. If something goes wrong with alpine and I need sound while waiting to replace.

    This should be a sticky!

Well thanks to your input this was easy. Support is important.

This took too long to install. But only because I took my time cranking my brain to make sure it is done the right way.
But damn. Drove today and my girl thinks sounds is so much better. We cruised all day listening to everything and tuning the radio.

Next: Auto Power up/down window switch per girls request. On her side.
    Soon after some Speaker upgrades.

I'd love to install the auto switches, maybe you can help me on that one? Or we'll tackle it together, but I'm definitely interested
